No Cheating -

This is rule number one for a reason! We are not flexible nor will we ignore this rule! Cheating includes but is not limited to, Aim bots, Wall hacks, OGC's, Team Stacking, Ghosting, or any other modification to the game that gives you an unfair advantage. If you are caught cheating in any form or fashion you will permantly be banned from the whygame server. If you feel you were accused of cheating please contact us to discuss your case.
 

No Inappropriate Language -

2a. Whats inappropriate? This includes swear words or acronyms of swear words, such as WTF, or any kind of sexual inappropriate reference. We understand that some people may not agree with this rule, but it is a very important rule to us. The game may be a mature game involving violence but there are people of all ages playing this game, and the game can be played without such conversations.

2b. Punishment The first violation of this rule will result in at least one warning. Number of warnings issued will be at an in-game admin's discretion. Multiple violations after at least one warning is issued will result in the player getting kicked. Further pushing our rules will result in a 24hr ban. If a player is noticed to continue pushing the rule past this point you have no business playing on the WhyGame servers.
 

No Recruiting For Clans Other Than WhyGame -

This is our house. You can't just come into our house, kick our dog, and take a box of ball points. We don't recruit on your servers, you don't recruit on ours. This will result in a permanent ban.
 

No Flaming or Disrespecting of Other Players -

It is just a game. Do not get upset over something that is supposed to be enjoyable. Do your best, make as many friends as you can, and above all have fun.
 

No Fighting -

Please avoid fighting on or off the server. If an admin tells you to take it somewhere else, please do so. Please also avoid fighting on the website. The Leadership is already very busy and we would like to play in our free time and not have to stop or settle fights. Please take disputes elsewhere and settle them off the servers on your own time. Thanks.

No Racism -

The world is full of racism. WhyGame is not. No racist remarks of any kind will be tolerated. Racist remarks will result in a permanent ban. Period. This also includes gang related remarks.
 

No Unauthorized Solicitation (Advertising) -

Unless you have paid for advertising rights on WhyGame, or our servers, peddle your warez somewhere else. Our advertising messages are for our valued clients, who have chosen WhyGame as an outlet for their products/services. It may not be expensive to advertise through WhyGame, but it sure isn't free.
 

Our Server, Our Rules -

The WhyGame Leadership feels we have a fair set of expectations of players that choose to play in our server. We appreciate you coming to play with us, but we ask that you respect these rules and our rights to change them as we see fit without question. All WG and WG-CL have admin authority and are authorized to ensure that the server remains a good clean atmosphere and fun for everyone. Do not argue with an admin's request. If you feel an admin is abusing authority you may contact one of the WG Leaders or post in the banned forum for further consideration.
